Si vous devez faire remplacer ou réparer votre système de chauffage ou de climatisation, vous ne pourriez pas être entre de meilleures mains. Je les recommande vivement! —- It’s rare to meet home service professionals who are as customer focused and solution oriented as Sylvain and his brother Steven. If you need your HVAC replaced or repaired, you couldn’t be in better hands. Highly recommend!

  NO NO NO, ATTENTION, BEWARE!! Where to even begin! I thought I had seem and dealt with it all until I called this company. The technician showed up, for what was supposed to be a system service. This includes a filter change, cleaning of the outside unit and confirmation the system is working correctly. He spent maybe 25 minutes to change a piece of pvc and left. No, filter was replaced and no unit was cleaned. The pvc he replaced was supposed to stop a leak that happened suddenly the day before the appointment. I didn't stop leaking. I tried calling back for another appointment. I lost track of how many times I called and how many messages I left. When I finally got a hold of the person I spoke to from the get go "Bob", he said no problem I'll have a technician out to between 8am and 12pm, you'll get a text, fantastic, that works for me. This call was received about 20 minutes before 5pm. I got a text about 10 minutes later. Your appointment for tomorrow is scheduled between 8am and 5pm. Now, there is no one to talk to about this because it's after 5pm. I was patient, I wait until 11:30am before trying to call them. After numerous calls, I was connected to Bob once again. He proceeded to lie to me, "oh the technician is on his way, he had an issue with his truck, he will be there in 15 minutes" he said. I said okay, thank you. The technician whom by the way is an elderly man whom in my opinion has zero knowledge of what he is doing. He is not dressed professionally and his BO is very unpleasant, and he certainly had no issues with his truck. The technician arrived after 3pm. He asked, what's the problem? The problem is you didn't do any of what you were supposed to and the leak you supposedly fixed is still leaking. He looked then wacked the pipe with his hands and said it's normal, it's condensation. Well no it's not normal because it's the first time this has happened. "Oh it's the weather" well no it's not because it's never happened before when it's been hot. He started pouring water into the pompe to test it. Then it started leaking in a different spot. He said "this is the problem". No it's not...It wasn't leaking there but now it is, so it's another problem. Then he took the pipe apart and a part of it broke. He then said "I don't have this part, I will have to come back next week." This is after I said " I don't want a temporary fix, I need it to be done properly for good". He then proceeded to tape the broken part back together with electrical tape. In the end, I asked if he would clean the unit outside. He said, "no I checked it it's clean". Nevermind it was never professionally cleaned or serviced in 8 years and that's why you're here. Not to mention he took the filter out then inserted it back upside-down. I asked him if I needed to call the company to schedule another appointment for the part replacement. He said "no, I will make a note on my calendar for next week". I decided to call them anyway. You wouldn't believe the amount of times I called and left messages. No one called me back. Then after waiting a day, Bob answered on my next try only to pretend he couldn't hear me, not once, not twice not even three time. It was unbelievable! He also called me back, and pretended he couldn't hear me. After reading their reviews, it seems they have alot of problems with their system. Right! Lies, and more lies. Of course! Who believes that anymore. This Guy Bob is a compulsive lier. I called and asked for a refund because I paid for nothing. I was told by Bob one of the owners will call me before the end of the day, no one did. The next time, he sent an email your appointment is scheduled for whatever day, I can't remember. Then he called me on Monday to ask he if he can send a technician at that very moment. I was at work, so I told him I want a refund and no service. He said ok, you'll get an email for the procedure for that. Never got it! The most pessimal company yet!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

  En premier lieu un rendez vous avait été pris pour le vendredi matin, nous etions mercredi, tout baigne. On recoit un appel pour devancee au jeudi pm, parfait. Personne jeudi pm, personne ne reponds aux 3 numero de l'entreprise. Personne ne se presente le vendredi matin, multiple appels, personne ne reponds. On utilise le site, place une demande pour le vendredi pm, personne ne se presente. Lundi on recoit un appel, excuses sincères et prise de rendez vous pour la matinée. Personne. Plusieurs appels reponses bientot,bientot et dans 15 min. Finalement tech vient sur place en PM, +- 15h00, procède et exige paiement avant de quitter, ce qui est illegal soit dit en passant. Donc 1 etoile, parce que 0 est pas disponible
