  He said he could cut a piece of tile that I bought from.his store i go the next day he says he cant even tho he said he could🤷‍♂️

  The guy didn’t let me know he wasn’t able to cut the tile I bought from him. I went in there the day before to buy a 36x18 from him, I wasn’t sure if I was going to need it cut, so he told me that if anything I could just come back. So I came back today but now he’s told me he can’t cut it because it’s too big for his cutter and he didn’t know it was going to be that big. Then he proceeds to have an attitude with me after I told him I would’ve liked to know he wouldn’t have been able to cut it. It is your store, you should know your tile.

  I may have been a not so lucky one here. I came in to get a estimate for a office my boss wanted, I showed him another quote from another company and basically didn’t even try to take a look at the office, didn’t try to see maybe we can switch things to make my boss happy. I really Felt he jist didn’t wanna do it. He also told me it’s going to be really hard to find someone else cheaper than the original price which I ended up finding cheaper in Ontario... and they at least gave me a chance and not turn me away on the spot. Reply to the manager We would not take the risk to hire a none license company! I just came in to see maybe there was cheaper materials to make it not to expensive that maybe you could have suggested. But again ty for giving me your advice I just took my business else where.
