The door opener is warrantied for 5 years but the labor to install is not covered. $330 to install the part when it comes. Don’t understand why they will not ship the part until Friday. He was here on Tuesday and Wednesday was a working day.

Trenton Neuerburg came out within 20 minutes as promised. He was excellent! He replaced the battery and did a safety check. He found 3 cracked hinges and one completely broken! All were replaced. He also lubricated the springs and hinges. Now my garage door is like new! Trenton was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the repairs needed and why. He was SUPER! I highly recommend Right Way Garage Doors for any garage door problem or maintenance. I hope you will be lucky and have Trenton performing your garage door needs!
