However, I am disappointed with the length of time to get the job done and some of the oversights by the company. Estimated timeline was 3 to 5 weeks. It's been 6 weeks and the install is not complete. Two people came out for the consultation 6 weeks ago and advised what needed to be done by the customer to facilitate the install. I had to remove an alarm bell and install a duplex receptacle near the door opener motor location. Ok. I did it. They failed to tell me I needed to move a light switch and conduit to fit in the motor. Now the completion is delayed until I can get en electrician out to move the switch!! I selected RightWay garage knowing that they are more expensive option while expecting a premium and timely level of service. I'm not seeing it. Now I need to pay for another electrician visit. The T&C's in the contract clearly place all responsibility on the customer for any errors or omissions so the cost is on me. Just not getting the level of service I would expect from a premium and expensive supplier. This is not what I would call the Rigth Way.
