  They replaced the water heater in my apartment in Walnut Creek. My complex management team failed to notify me of the repair so I was a little shocked to find someone. Americana’s technician immediately apologized for the surprise and advised me what he was doing there. He went out of his way to make sure I immediately felt comfortable with him being there. Would gladly welcome him into my home again or even grab a beer. He was excellent. I needed some information from the office staff and they were a huge help in finding what I needed. I ended up needed some additional information and they were so happy to help. I even had some plumber friends review some photos of their install and they were incredibly impressed at how perfect everything was. Technician: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10 Quality of service: 10/10

  Eduardo did an awesome job. Clean quick and professional. Highly recommend him and if I ever have another plumbing issue he is the first call I will always make.
