  I’m not normally a review leaving kind of person, but I feel that when it’s necessary to give a shout out, I do it. Seth and his team have come to our rescue once again. We had been without water pressure (-20 psi) for almost a week at our home and ranch, with my husband trying to troubleshoot and fix it himself. By Sunday, I was done watching the shower and sinks trickle, not being able to use our sprinklers or drip system to water anything outside, and decided to bring in the pros. Monday morning I called Jack Dunn Pumps, and Seth answered. I explained what was going on and he responded with “ we will be there within an hour and a half and will figure it out”. They arrived on time and went to work on trying to find out what’s up. It was an incorrect switch that my husband bought and installed himself that was the biggest issue. Seth and his partner explained everything from the leak in our well pump (18 years old) to things we can do to make it last a little longer. Not trying to upsell us on something new but keeping us looped to prepare for down the road. We were hoping the bill would be reasonable, and as before, it was. I will say that without a doubt Jack Dunn Pumps has been and will be our go to for any and all service and repairs. For those that have left reviews that are the opposite of mine and are recent, while I’m not sure what the whole story was, I’ve always been taught that everyone deserves a second chance.   I also ran across that post on the Facebook group Im a part of. That is outrageous that the wife of an employee would be so rude to a customer. Not only is she making her husband look bad, she is making Jack Dunn as a company look bad by being so disrespectful. I will defiantly never be using this company or recommending it to others if that is how people who spend their hard earned money on a service are treated. She should have minded her own business instead of slandering a company name she doesn't even work for!

  Although the service was excellent, I think the labor and service call charges were excessive, to say the least. The part was $109, the labor $195, and Svc Charge $145. They arrived promptly because they were very close on another call. They were here for five minutes or less. A business should not charge $340 on top of part cost, for a 5 minutes job with negligible driving time. My opinion, of course!
