  Working with North Bay Kitchen & Bath, Dave and his team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with for our full kitchen remodel. From the very beginning, they approached our project with a level of care, professionalism, and pride that immediately put us at ease. It is clear that they take immense pride in their craft, not just in the quality of the work, but also in the way they treat their clients. This wasn’t just another job to them: it was clear they wanted our space to feel right, to function beautifully, and to reflect the way we actually live. What impressed us most was the kindness and respect the crew brought into our home every single day. The team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated our space as if it was their own. They were patient with our questions, thoughtful with their suggestions, and incredibly attentive to the details that truly make a kitchen feel finished and loved. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. Every cabinet line, every tile, every finish feels intentional and solid. Our kitchen feels both beautifully designed and solidly built, the kind of space that instantly feels right and timeless. We’re deeply grateful for the heart and skill that Dave (owner), Jessica and Josie (Interior Designers), Ceres (Project Manager), Jorge (crew manager) and his team poured into this project. Our kitchen is now the warm, welcoming space we always hoped it could be, and we owe that to them. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found that in Dave and his team. We recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a contractor who leads with integrity and surrounds himself with a team that shares the same values.

  For more than 17 years, WarmlyYours has been the radiant product supplier for Northbay Kitchen & Bath. They have successfully installed many electric radiant heated tile floors and electric heated towel warmers. They have a great team and are extremely knowledgeable. Northbay Kitchen & Bath personnel are always easy to work with. They provide us with detailed floor plans, we can design the perfect fit for the radiant heat installation plan.

  Our family just had Northbay Kitchen and Bath work on our house and they did a beautiful job. I couldn’t have been more happy about their service and professionalism and would recommend them to everyone

  AWFUL. We worked with Dave, the owner, to order cabinets for a kitchen we are remodeling. He was really nice at first, helpful, responsive, a little evasive when asked to breakdown costs, but it was workable and he seemed trustworthy. As soon as we placed the order, he became impossible to reach, never returned calls, texts, did not deliver on renderings he had promised until pressured, and even then, it was like he was doing us a favor. 1.5 months in, I find that he made changes from my architectural drawing without my consent, the cabinets are going to be delivered at least 1 month after the date he initially gave. He never notified us of changes to the timeframe. He always has excuses as to why he does not respond, laryngitis, he's at the top of a hill with no reception, he's at the bottom of a hill with no reception. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR MONEY. Paul at Novato Kitchen and Bath seems like a very good alternative to Northbay for the same products, but I'm sure better service. I am consulting with a lawyer and am disputing the charge on my credit card as I write this.
