  We signed contract with this company to install solar panel and heat pump. Thought they can do both. It’s been a few months we kept calling and emailing them and they never responded. Finally they said they would come in Monday but no show. Pushed to next week then no show again. A few days after they cancelled our contract. The approval from government is only valid for certain time now we have to find another company to do both work. I was about to recommend them to my co-worker once their new build is done. Now… will never recommend this company to anyone else!

  We had a power issue with our hot tub. Matt was a quick response to fixing our issue. He got back working in no time. Very friendly, knowledgeable gent. Highly recommend. Thanks Matt!

  Matt was extremely responsive and when he showed up to do the quote, he was completely transparent and honest about a recommendation, and offered me several options at different price points. On account of weather they were able to squeeze me in really quickly and the two guys who came to install the heater for my garage were so friendly and worked extremely fast and effectively. Like magicians fishing wires through the walls because I still don't know where they are lol! Would highly recommend Matt and the team, and they will be my first call when I need something done!

  M.B. Eye designed and installed a 10 Kw ground mounted solar panel system for me in 2019. I had originally hoped to put in a system that was both grid-tied and had battery back-up. They were excellent in working through design options. Ultimately, we dropped the battery backup component as it was just too expensive but I appreciated the effort they put into exploring options with me. The system was installed in the fall of 2019 and, although I am not really qualified to judge durability, the system appears very robust to me. It has performed flawlessly since installation. It is producing slightly more power than expected. So why did I assign 4-stars instead of 5? There was a serious scheduling problem. I had been warned about this by a previous customer so I added a caveat in my letter giving the go-ahead in September "that you can complete the installation by mid-November". The road to the site is not ploughed and we were leaving the house at the end of December for an extended period so it was very important to me that the process be completed before the snow came. Despite frequent calls indicating my concern, the system wasn't completed until December 27th, the day before we left. We were very fortunate that the weather cooperated. This caused me considerable stress and should have been unnecessary given their original assurances. Although I have written more about what went wrong than what went right, I do want to reiterate that I believe I have an excellent system thanks to their guidance.
