  CJ came over to inspect my heat pump and took the time to listen to my concerns. During the inspection, CJ tooked the time explain to me the what he was verifying to answer my concerns. He made recommendations on the effective use of our heat pump (settings)..which I wished someone would have told me that initially. CJ was very professional and courteous. Very positive visit.

  ryan and his crew did a great job venting my kitchen and bathroom, they even try to see if its possible to have hrv ventilation for my house since theres no ventilation in the attic, I planned that before but since nobody is properly visiting the property to check where can it be install I brushed off the idea but know it comes to a new light that it is possible even with the layout of my house. I am grateful.

  The initial quote process was seamless - the gentleman quoting was easy to deal with. Following that, the installation team was excellent. Their workmanship was neat (the electrical and duct works is aesthetically pleasing ) and they were highly respectful, making sure to remove their footwear indoors. They were also very helpful and clearly experienced.The overall customer service from the Charlottetown team is very strong. The person who greets guests and handles bill payments at the Charlottetown location was both capable and pleasant. A small note that the finance dept in NB was a little eager.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but Ian definitely deserves one. About a year ago, Ian came to inspect our heat pump but couldn’t pinpoint the issue at the time. Most technicians would probably have left it at that, but Ian didn’t. He remembered our case. When I contacted the company again recently for an unrelated problem, Ian told me he had since seen similar cases, figured out what had likely been causing our issue, and offered to fix it. That level of commitment and follow-through is something you don’t see very often. What impressed me most wasn’t just that he solved the problem—it was that he cared enough to keep thinking about it long after the original visit. He also waived the service call fee, which was a very kind and much appreciated gesture. Ian is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Eric did an outstanding job fixing the refrigerant leak on my heat pump. He went above and beyond throughout the entire intervention. He took the time to explain every step of the diagnosis and repair, answered all of my questions, and clearly laid out every available option without any pressure. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were exceptional. It’s rare to find a technician who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely committed to making sure the customer fully understands the work being done. I highly recommend Greenfoot and Eric especially to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you for the excellent experience!
