    BUYER BEWARE!! I just purchased a Bil-Jax XA45 boom lift from this store. The person I dealt with was Eric Saulnier. I bought it based on the pictures they emailed me and the fact that they said it was in excellent condition and had "zero" issues. They were asked to go over the unit with the truck driver so he could see/hear it run. They did NOT!! This lift runs off of batteries or a gasoline engine. They loaded the lift on the truck off of the dock onto the trailer using the batteries. They insisted on loading the lift on the truck themselves. Well...now we know why!! The engine will not even start. It runs on batteries ONLY. I called Eric Saulnier, the President of Rental Depot and he said he would talk to service and call me right back. He called me back to inform me that when it's cold outside that they have been having a problem with it blowing the breakers. Now he tells me this AFTER he recieved his $19,000 and then procedes to tell me, "hey you bought a used lift!". I asked him if that meant that I was on my own and he said "yes", you bought a used lift.This man obviously doesn't value his name, his companies name or his word because he is dishonest and a fraud!! Buyer BEWARE!!
