  I wanted to like them. They came out quickly when called for a reasonable call-out fee. The tech looking at the 17 year old tankless water heater that failed knew what needed to be done, and informed me that they did not have a replacement model in stock, but would search for one. It looked like a 4-6 hour job once they had the new water heater. They struggled to find a heater, and meanwhile, I purchased one that could be there in two days. Late in the day they found one, and provided a quote for $6k+ (save 10% by joining their $250/year club) to change it out the next day. They would not install the unit i purchased., nor provide any detailed breakdown on the the pricing, so I called another local plumber, and got a quote for $1k to install my water heater. It was done on a Sunday (I paid an extra premium for this) in less than 2 hours. I was happy to simply move on, but their automated system kept pestering me for an online review. Be careful what you ask for...
