Have had my heating system serviced by Paso Robles Heating ever since I purchased a new unit six or seven years ago. I call them each year around November for this maintence. They are always on time and do a great job and so far, my unit is running without any problem.

I’m happy to report that Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating and Air have been both responsible and responsive in regards to facilitating servicing repairs and otherwise working gracefully with both us and the HVAC manufacturer to dealing with problems.

I have used this company for many years and they have been okay during that time. However, recently I have been left vastly disappointed. In the last two times I have tried to use them I have had:
Time 1: rescheduled because the tech called out. I was notified at around 2pm. I took the day off work for this and didn't get notified until so late in the day. Eventually got rescheduled but had to take another day off work
Time 2: rescheduled because the tech got caught up at another job. Couldn't work with the next day I was available because it was "booked". So had to take a half day off work for a new appointment which the tech called out and wasn't notified until 3pm that they called out
Its very frustrating taking multiple days off/wasting my entire day waiting for someone to show, only to be told towards the end of the day they aren't showing. Then not working around my schedule to make it work. Very disappointing.
