- WKWade KroppNov 11, 20251.0We’ve been using this company for the past few summers for our projects. I didn’t want to write this but it’s been going on for far too long now & it happened this past summer again. Often It’s been a very bad experience with one of their delivery drivers. I believe his name is Lance, this guy shows up & always has a bad attitude he is very rude & mouthy to my workers. Apart from that every time he has delivered equipment he is very slow working & just plain lazy. It’s as if he does it on purpose to Incite us. He acts in a way as if he knows everything but in reality he’s just lazy & worthless IMO. How he works in a big company like Herc rentals with that kind of treatment is mind boggling. I’m sure we’re not the only customers he treats this way. Horrible experience every time. Using a different rental equipment company is our next step. Very disappointing & unsatisfactory service.
