  Green Ladder replaced our roof several months ago. There are several reasons for a stellar review. Michael Padilla was the company's representative; he was always available and responsive; he met us at the warehouse to help us choose materials; and he was an effective liaison with the crew. We needed the work done before we were to have guests staying with us, and when the job took longer than expected he made sure it nevertheless got finished barely in time. This morning we experienced a problem -- a leak began dripping onto us in our bed! Micheal got Eric Ramirez on the case, and Eric had someone out to the house within a few hours. As it turns out, it was not a roof leak, but was coming from several cracks and open spaces in our chimney. Eric authorized Ervin to immediately do the caulking to seal the problem areas. Moreover, he authorized him to do the same repair to a second chimney that is a suspected leaker. And he did this at no charge -- the leak was not due to any failure on Green Ladder's part, so I would have been happy to pay for the repair. So Green Ladder appears to not only stand behind their work, they also do more than that. That's really superb customer service. Gratitude to Eric! As well as to Michael and Ervin. And finally there's one more thing: About 18 months before Green Ladder replaced the roof, I had engaged another local roofing company to do a roof repair because of the same leak. I'll write a separate review of that company -- and it will be scathing. I won't elaborate here, but the short version is that when his repair didn't solve the problem his quote for a full roof replacement was almost exactly twice as much as Green Ladder charged, and he refunded none of the repair charge. In short, Green Ladder has been great, and looks even better when contrasted with my terrible experience with the other roofer.

  I initially was very overwhelmed with how I thought the whole process would be but I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort that was put into providing me with a clear understanding of everything from the beginning. So grateful to Green Ladder and Eric for their level of expertise, efficiency, and communication.Would highly recommend them!

  My experience was great from start to finish. From making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the issue. I appreciated an actual scheduled time instead of a 1-3 hour time gap the other roofing companies were giving me for their arrival. I also really liked that they were organized as they worked and they kept the mess to a minimal and fully cleaned their materials after. A few days later Eric called me to follow up on the services they provided and he was professional and very receptive to what I had to say. I definitely recommend them.

Eric was incredibly attentive from start to finish—answering all my questions, walking me through the process, and making sure the job was completed with quality and care.
