  This is a fantastic company to work with! I don't think we could have found anyone better in terms of the work ethic and quality that we got from their team for our garage-to-ADU conversion project. Communication was clear and consistent regarding price, payment schedule and timeline of the project. We budgeted for the unexpected in both cost and timing, because something ALWAYS comes up in a project like this! We love our beautiful new ADU, and we had a wonderful working relationship with their contractor, Cornelio. Thank you!

  Cornelio and his team completed a bathtub removal and shower stall replacement for me. He was highly recommended by a business associate of mine, and performed at an even higher level than I would have expected, his team consisted of expert artisans, who did an exceptionally well crafted job in each step of construction, which I personally checked. The results were better than I could have imagined, everything came together perfectly in harmony and I couldn't be happier with the end product.   CAP has done multiple projects on my home. One of their most recent projects was new construction windows on my home. We had them rip out the old aluminum windows and replace them with high quality, custom double pane windows. In another project, CAP did a full demo on one of my bathrooms, down to the studs. In just 2 weeks time, we had a brand new sparking bathroom! In another project, we needed roof repair work done, and CAP came through and helped fix roof shingles on a flat part of my roof. CAP was always very professional to work with, especially Cornelio who is well organized, great at communicating…and always comes through even if the job is a tough one.   In 2022, Cornelio and his team did a full renovation of our home plus added an extension of 665 square to our home. Throughout our project, Cornelio was professional, always on point and always responsive. We had a vision of what we wanted our renovation/extension to look like and Cornelio and his team helped us bring that into existence successfully. Cornelio and his team worked hard and delivered what we wanted. We appreciate Cornelio’s honesty, ease to work with, integrity and just overall being a genuinely nice person.

  Highly recommend! Cornelio ensures the project is completed properly from start to finish. He is responsible and has integrity. Cornelio is easy to reach if his clients have any questions. He has an entire team that help support his projects. If any issues arise, they will handle them swiftly and appropriately.
