From the initial visit out to quote the job, to the time they left job completed, the techs took the upmost pride and personal care for my home as if it was their own. All questions I had were answered in detail and I was left feeling confident in the choice I made in choosing this company to ensure my family’s comfort and safety for many years to come. Oh, and the fact that I couldn’t find a spec of dust, from any work they had magically performed, was a HUGE plus for a neat freak like me!! Rod came to our house and explained the different choices we had and answered all our questions. He made it easy to decide on the best unit for us. Francisco, Mario and Edwin did the installation. They were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. After the installation was done they taught us how to use the new thermostats and answered our questions thoroughly. The units are so quiet we can’t believe they are running. Thank you to a great company.
