  I did receive service from your company, and while I will say the technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Your company recommended a specific part as the solution to fix the issue. I relied on that recommendation and moved forward in good faith, paying for both the part and the service. Unfortunately, the equipment is still not working. Being charged for a repair that your company diagnosed and recommended, but that did not fix the problem, is unacceptable. From a consumer standpoint, it makes no sense to pay for a solution that fails to resolve the issue, especially when the recommendation came directly from your team. There appears to be no accountability for the misdiagnosis, and that is very concerning. Customers should not be expected to continue paying for trial-and-error repairs with no guarantee of results. Because of this, I have lost confidence in your company and will not be moving forward with any additional services under these conditions. I strongly encourage your company to reevaluate how situations like this are handled and to take responsibility when recommended repairs do not resolve the issue.

  David is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra. He is responsible, detail-oriented, and did an excellent job. I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue working with him.

  Replacing HVAC system. Jeremy walked us through every step before we made the decision on a new system. The installation guys were super polite and made the week long process very doable. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Even though there were some issues with the new unit not working correctly, the company quickly got a brand new unit and worked diligently to make sure it was all working perfectly. Shout out to David! They did a great job communicating with us through the whole process.

  Had AirTec come out to get our ductless unit up and running again. Our tech Phill was a rockstar. He showed up on time and was super communicative throughout the whole service. He got our unit up and running in no time. Will definitely be using these guys again… happy customer!

  We have always had great experiences with AirTech. Our old AC needed replacement, Jeremy came out and gave us the best option for our home. He was knowledgeable and very upfront with pricing. On installation day, the team that arrived were amazing. They were very respectful of our time and home. Their expertise made the install quick and we are very happy with their workmanship. We also had insulation added and that was done with the same professionalism as the AC install. Tech Phil came out later to double check our thermostat (another great experience). I have to say AirTech has courteous employees who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you need an AC or maintenance on an existing AC - do yourself a favor and call AirTech.
