- CMCarol MooreAug 21, 20225.0Had a great experience working with Freddie in the Palm Springs store. I needed to order 3 area rugs for my home. All 3 were being fabricated from carpets and needed to be cut & bound to different sizes. One of the color choices wasn't readily available and Freddie found a substitute, checked with the factory on availability and was able to have it arrive in time to meet my deadline. I especially like the fact that they applied a non skid backing to the rugs which eliminated the need for a separate pad.

Dino and Jamie so easy to work with for the logistics, and the craftsmen were all meticulous in their work. Cleanup at the end of the day was also careful.
