- SISham IbrahimApr 17, 20265.0I LOVE ESSER AIR. Just had service appt from Giovanni. Showed up right on time and was Very knowledgeable about my system and did an excellent job on the service. He even put a new filter and everything , I didn’t even have to ask! They installed my air and heat like 5 years ago and it’s still PERFECT! The air conditioning can make the house like a refrigerator if I want. Thanks Giovanni and Zack and everyone at Esser air I am so happy I chose u guys!!

He made great recommendations and updated our system so they work efficiently….and when he didn’t have the right size filter on his truck, he followed thru and comae back the next day with the necessary filters. That’s the first time a service rep has done that as all other providers don’t ever have the size either, but they never come back like they say they will. It was time to update some things based on the wear on our units and he did the work quickly and we felt the cost was reasonable. We will be calling them again in 6 months for our next check up!
