We contacted USA and they were at our house within a couple of hours. . Eric, Dale and Dustin worked into the night, in the rain, and did an outstanding job and left the arena cleaner than when they arrived. We are more than pleased and thought the price was very fair. Considering the circumstances, we could not have hoped for a better result. USA Plumbing rocks!

Mike found and corrected the problem so we could use the bathrooms. Mike was kind, knowledgeable and explained the issue to us. He went the extra mile and not just fixed the issue but diagnosed why it was happening. He came back out to the home with his crew and fixed the main drain on Monday. We will use this company again and hope they send Mike.

His communication thru photos and film/video walked us thru what could have been a very difficult job to understand especially as the work was done underground. We immediately had all the confidence in the world in Steven’s expertise and he and his crew did a most professional job and respected and cared for the property - when the job was finished looking at the property you would never know they were there. I would recommend USA Drain and Plumbing Works 1000% and know that they are trustworthy and competent. My sister in law has a home in Palm Springs and she will be calling Steven in the event any issues come up with her plumbing and drains. Don’t waste your time with any other company - you won’t regret it!
