- DNDuke NukemNov 13, 20251.0Re: Your Invoice from Priority One Plumbing, Heating and AC | Bad Business Practice & Disputing The Invoice for The Tasks/Job Dear Charlene and Thomas, We never receive any itemized costs for the parts and work, which we do not appreciate and is not good business practice. At least provide us a quote prior to the job completion and orders of the parts installed. Our team do not feel comfortable in paying this invoice, since we have in-house technicians who are able to complete these jobs minus the vent system that needed work. Thomas never mentioned any quotes for us and just installed the products. He also mentioned that it would not cost this much upon adding the jobs listed. In addition, he was very late on the first job and did not thoroughly explain the prices for each and assumed that he would order the parts and install it without our prior consent regarding the fees involved. Also, we were never followed up on how long the products orders were going to arrive. It took weeks to get a response after we had contacted Priority One several times. It’s very inappropriate and would like to reverse the jobs and waive this invoice if that’s the case. We would also cancel out our maintenance package with Priority One for our commercial business locations and residential home if we do not get a fair and updated invoice with discounts and waivers of the tasks for the orders. Thank you!

They are an exceptional team. Their work is meticulous and thorough. They provided easily understood explanations and instructions, kept their work area clean and were very friendly and pleasant to have around for the day. The heat pump installation was flawless. I couldn’t be happier.
