They solved a tricky issue with our Trane thermostat after a recent power outage, and restored our AC to normal. Friendly and effective, they have a can-do mentality that gets the job done. Their pricing is fair and we will use them for all of our needs. Thank you!
- NNnancy nietoJul 25, 20255.0Amazing company. Very professional and responsive. I replaced my aged furnace and air-conditioning system with a Bosch heat pump, after consultation with them. The Bosch system is everything they said it was and more. The installation crew was great. On time, friendly and professional. The clean-up was so good that I didn't even need to vaccum despite the fact they had to do some minor interior demolition as part of the installation.

The entire system was fairly priced, and the company was very professional. We had a little too much airflow in one of our rooms and they sent D and William out and they went beyond the call of duty to diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. D and William also looked at our duct system to make sure that was working efficiently and they adjusted a couple of them and the system is working beautifully now. They will take extra steps to make sure you’re satisfied. Jean in the office is excellent in returning calls promptly and sending crews to your home. Thank you very much Palm Desert air-conditioning and heating for the great job on our home and I would recommend anyone that needs heating or air conditioning work to give this company a call you will not be disappointed.
