  My husband and I planned to get two competitive bids to carpet a few rooms in our house. After meeting with James at Flooring Innovation we decided to place the order on the spot. We felt we were in good hands and experienced five star service from our initial visit to the showroom, to meeting the estimator at our home, to the capable, friendly installers who completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

  John the owner was on time, personable and professional. He did great job and was very thorough. My carpet looks amazing. And his prices are very reasonable, too. I would highly recommend his company.

  Sean I want to thank you for your help in selecting and advising us on our tile job. Came out beautiful. The installers did an outstanding job. The installer that lead was very professional, explained each step of the process, showed up exactly at the time he committed each day. They all cleaned up at the end of each and every day. The install team were very courteous and answered any question I had. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job Flooring Innovation did for us. I hope we can get our two offices done in October. If at all possible I would really like the same lead installer. We’ll be in to see you in early October for the next round.   This is one of the most beautiful and comprehensive showrooms I have ever been it. And to top it off, the staff are very knowledgeable in their products and have a fantastic design eye. It is always a pleasure doing business here.
