After he did some preliminary examination, he thoroughly explained to me what the condition of my system was and what needed to be done. In addition to the regular service, he found several things that needed to be fixed or upgraded. When he was doing the work I could tell that he cared about the quality of his product and was very thorough in the details. I enjoyed talking to him and would feel very comfortable recommending him AND his work. In knowledge, people skills, and ability, he seems far beyond his years. I'm happy to give him five stars, the highest mark, and would be pleased to have him continue to do regular maintenance on my equipment.
