  We just moved into home in Palm Desert and the prior owner had left us 2 non-working garage door openers plus a key pad that also had no code working. Ismael Molina came out and fixed our issues, lubricated and cleaned the garage door tracks. When he left we had garage doors that worked. He linked our in car door openers to the garage and we had 2 spare door openers. Great job, great service and a good price.

  Mike Cecil was a great technician . He evaluated my problem and went right to work. He didn’t try to upsell me but just did the job I had called for. After he was done he even took a few extra minutes to make sure the garage door was operating correctly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Door Pros to anyone who has a problem with their garage or any other door or window.

  I’m very satisfied with the service I received today from Ismael! Our garage was making a horrible squeaky sound and hesitating to roll down so I knew it was time for a quick maintenance check. Not only did Ismael take care of the basic service, he also discovered an issue that would’ve ended up costing us more money to fix if it had been ignored any longer. He also took the time to educate me about the benefits, costs, as well as the consequences of avoiding garage door care. He is very knowledgeable and professional at his job.   This company is AWESOME!! I highly recommend them for any and all garage door work you may need. I needed some help with our garage door that was making lots of noise and slamming to the ground. Door Pros made it easy to schedule a technician -- and actually set the appointment up on the same day. I was notified by a text message -- that included a photo and background of the technician that was assigned the job. Ishmael sent me a text that he was on the way -- and was at my home within minutes. He was very pleasant and once he witnessed the problem, it was clear that he knew exactly what was needed. He discussed the worked that was needed and the price -- which was fine with me. The door mechanicals needed a little maintenance work, lubrication, spring tightening, aligning the rollers -- and after testing several times, the door worked perfectly. I highly recommend Door Pros for any and all needs that you make have with respect to a garage door.
