  Trevor and his assistant showed up on the same day I called for a consultation to figure out what was going on. Problem was found within minutes and scheduled the work to be done the very next day. He came , he worked, and he left! From the first phone call to the completed job all professional and not a bit of stress. Great job to everyone over there at Door Pros.

  Mike Cecil was a great technician . He evaluated my problem and went right to work. He didn’t try to upsell me but just did the job I had called for. After he was done he even took a few extra minutes to make sure the garage door was operating correctly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Door Pros to anyone who has a problem with their garage or any other door or window.

  I’m very satisfied with the service I received today from Ismael! Our garage was making a horrible squeaky sound and hesitating to roll down so I knew it was time for a quick maintenance check. Not only did Ismael take care of the basic service, he also discovered an issue that would’ve ended up costing us more money to fix if it had been ignored any longer. He also took the time to educate me about the benefits, costs, as well as the consequences of avoiding garage door care. He is very knowledgeable and professional at his job. He truly provided 5 star service! Thank you so much!

  This company is AWESOME!! I highly recommend them for any and all garage door work you may need. I needed some help with our garage door that was making lots of noise and slamming to the ground. Door Pros made it easy to schedule a technician -- and actually set the appointment up on the same day. I was notified by a text message -- that included a photo and background of the technician that was assigned the job. Ishmael sent me a text that he was on the way -- and was at my home within minutes. He was very pleasant and once he witnessed the problem, it was clear that he knew exactly what was needed. He discussed the worked that was needed and the price -- which was fine with me. The door mechanicals needed a little maintenance work, lubrication, spring tightening, aligning the rollers -- and after testing several times, the door worked perfectly. I highly recommend Door Pros for any and all needs that you make have with respect to a garage door.

  This company and Jacob should get 10+ stars! My story is a broken garage door that my homeowners warranty said they could take care of immediately, but after days of calls saying they knew it was emergent and someone would be out soon I finally received a callback saying the best they could do was sometime the following week, which would have been at least 6 days. I explained to them I’m 70, newly widowed and disabled. I had Dr’s appointments with my Oncologist and Oral Surgeon, Retinal Vitreous Specialist and it was imperative that my garage door be functioning right away. They finally said to find an independent company, out of network. I called Door Pros and an hour later Jacob was at my door. I knew him by sight because Door Pros had sent me a photo of Jacob and a brief bio of him which, these days, I think is a positive and extremely reassuring. I knew the man in the photo with four children would be servicing my garage door. Jacob was friendly, professional and extremely patient as I needed the insurance company to do a full approval. It took about an hour with all the holding time, for Jacob to respond to all their questions. When Jacob did the work he was efficient and gave me a wonderful garage door opener. He even fixed a hinge at no cost. The garage was clean as before and he removed all the parts from the old system. It sounds odd, but my garage opener looks great and is much quieter. I have a panel that has an open/close button, a separate light button in case you need the light for a longer period of time, a clock and temperature display. Jacob took the time to explain how to set up the panel. He answered all my questions. When Jacob completed the job all the paperwork the insurance company needed was immediately sent to me with no hassles which made my submission for insurance refund a cinch! I made it to my appointment on time!! Thank you Door Pros and Jacob!!
