He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me in detail what was wrong and repairs that would be made. After the repair the door works and sounds like it is new.

Did such a great job getting everything squared away and the garage door working again. Honestly Door Pros overall has been really amazing! I put them on the same level as America’s Tire and that’s saying something!!! Didn’t realize they also do sliding glass doors and front doors. So definitely going to use them for a couple other projects.

I received a text during my appointment time slot to let me know when my tech was on his way. Molina fully explained what the consultation and inspection would entail. He replaced all of my rollers which were the original parts and were breaking, or broken. He adjusted the spring tension and closed a gap that I had at the top of the door which allowed dust and spiders to accumulate. He did all of this in 15 mins. He was professional and thorough. I couldn’t me happier. Great job and I highly recommend Door Pros.

Trevor showed up in a very timely manner, listened to what was happening with our door and did some diagnosing. He discovered what was wrong, gave us options and available solutions. Both Amanda (scheduler) and Trevor were super through our whole ordeal/issue with our garage door. We would definitely recommend this company! And ask for Trevor! Super good guy and very knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient.
