  When our garage door suddenly wouldn’t open as we were heading out, we called Besser Garage Doors and were so glad we did. They were able to send Cris out within a few hours. Cris was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly, provided an estimate, and had the parts needed to fix it on the spot — even working hard in the heat. Before leaving, he reprogrammed both of our car openers to make sure everything was working perfectly. We’re very happy with the excellent service. Thank you, Cris!

  We had a great experience with Chris and Mike. We had a serious problem that came about unexpectedly. The communications regarding arrival and who was coming was very good. Chris did a great job of identifying the issue and fixing it. He also noticed that we were not using some features that we were unaware we had. He walked through setting up our phones to use the garage camera. He also reviewed the state of our current door and made some suggestions for improvement that actually made sense. We’ll be following up on those. Altogether a great experience leaving us with a safer garage and additional security. In

  My garage door suddenly stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. I called Besser and, thankfully, they were able to fit me in the same day, and Eric Rodriguez was at my house in less than 45 minutes. He was great. He checked everything, fixed the problem, explained my system (only 1 year living in my condo, so I didn't know that much about my garage), told me what I could expect because of the age of the motor and showed me options if I wanted to make a change. Eric was very nice, didn't push me to upgrade and checked everything. I will definitely call Besser when I decide to change the motor to one more efficient and quieter, probably in a couple of months. I'm always happy to find a company with great products and great customer service!

  OMG I want to adopt Cris! Cris was kind ,caring , professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He took pictures, showed me worn parts, cleaned up the work area and took the debris with him. The communication and confirmation of appointment was excellent. Cris kept me informed of his schedule from the time he left the business until he got to my home. Thank you .... great customer service and communication from the initial call to the end.

  The overall service was good; timely, Cris took time to explain, iPad was a helpful tool to review work product. Also, they honored some warranty work done by the company they purchased which I mostly expected. Cris was knowledgeable. However, My one disappointment was that some things were overlooked as part of the 29 point inspection; specifically, overlooked weatherstripping that could use replacement, overlooked a burnt out light bulb, overlooked a loose piece of weatherstripping, overlooked a loose piece of panel covering on the inside of the door. I gave a 4 star but if I could I’d give a 3.5.
