  I’m leaving this review to share a negative experience I had at the AP Automation Gate, which manages access control for our gated community. I visited to purchase access stickers for my vehicle, which is a standard process for residents. From the start, the staff was noticeably unwelcoming, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued resident. I bought several stickers, but one didn’t work properly. A staff member placed it on my windshield, but it wasn’t reading at the gate. I adjusted it myself and contacted the office to explain the issue, letting them know I’d return for a replacement and was willing to pay if needed. An appointment was scheduled for the next day between 12:00 and 12:30 PM. I arrived on time, but the office was closed. The garage door was open, and people were inside, but no one acknowledged me. After waiting, another resident named Mariah arrived and was let in. When I approached her, she told me the person scheduled to assist me had called in sick and the office was closed. She offered to check for my replacement sticker but came back saying nothing had been set aside. I left my contact info but never received a call back. No one notified me my appointment was canceled. This shows a serious lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. I took time out of my day expecting a resolution but was met with closed doors and no follow-up. It’s also very inconvenient that the transponder stickers often malfunction or fail to grant access. This ongoing issue causes frustration for many residents. I believe the community should reconsider the company managing these systems to ensure better reliability and customer service. Poor service like this erodes trust in a system we all rely on for access and security. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to staff training, communication, and overall responsiveness.
