  I had a bit of an emergency that I couldn't electronically close my garage door which was in the open position. The receptionist was able to get me an appointment the within about an hour of my calling. Jacob Salas was my technician, and he arrived in the first 20 minutes of my two-hour service appointment window. He was very polite and professional, and was able to resolve my mechanical and connection issues within a short-time, and went ahead and diagnosed the need for and did a maintenance service on the door and all moving parts. The whole appointment lasted only 20 minutes. Jacob even offered to return at no extra charge, to program my wife's car remote, if I couldn't take care of it myself. I am thankful that I called for help instead of trying to YouTube it to fix it myself. Total charge $99 - - well worth it!!

  Our new garage door, just one year old, wouldn’t open on a Saturday morning. One call to Door Pros and, within the hour, the team arrived, diagnosed the problem, adjusted the roller and did the annual maintenance, tightened what needed tightening, lubricated the hinges, tested results. They even paired the garage door opener with the remote button in the car. Couldn’t be happier with the prompt, professional and courteous service. Five stars!

  Everything from start to finish was clear understood professional concise Richie Leon seamlessly came out got to work was still able to chat chitchat general chitchat, and finish up the job very quickly and on time in succinctly we are gonna be door pros biggest fans no reason to go anywhere else if you have a need in the garage door or opener arena these are your guys. I will also be calling them for Windows and sliders as I need work there as well

  I experienced a same day appointment. I saw a technician at another house and stopped and asked for a card. I got home and immediately got an appt with that technician just about 90 minutes later in the day. Great service and replaced the whole bottom rail of our garage door. Bye bye sand and leaves blowing in! Thanks to the office staff and Mike C. The tech who gave me his card. Great way to start the week!!

  Door Pros....! Ismael showed up very quickly to do a great estimate and knew what he was doing. Wayne and Chris led the install team and did a very clean and very quick installation. These guys were absolutely fantastic. They are very professional and I am extremely happy with them. We had a minor glitch and a tiny bit of frustration but between their team and Ryan at the helm they solved it quickly and everything worked out really well. I had an estimate one day and it was completed the next with brand new equipment. I definitely recommend Door Pros.
