  FAMSCA completed a re-stain of my existing 30+ year old stained floors in a commercial strip center in Rockaway Beach, Pacifica. I was not sure how it would turn out but I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. A huge thanks to Luis and his crew!

  We are building a 3,000 sq ft manufacturing facility and needed the floors refinished on a tight timeline. After calling five companies and getting a mix of AI systems and voicemail, Luis at FAMSCA stood out. He picked up right away. I had a few questions, and he asked if I’d be at the site in question in an houe. I said yes, and he was there shortly after to walk the space. We discussed the scope, and by the time he was driving back, his office had already sent over a proposal. We liked the numbers and asked how soon they could start. Luis said as soon as we paid the deposit — he was even ready to come back that same night if needed. Before our finance team could confirm the payment the next morning, FAMSCA was already on-site grinding the floors. At one point, my boss said, “I’ll check on the payment and you make sure they’re here early tomorrow.” I had to tell him, “They’re already working next door, they got here before you did!” To meet our deadline, the FAMSCA team worked long days including through the weekend. Their communication and professionalism throughout the project were excellent. You’re only as good as the people on your team and I’d highly recommend having FAMSCA on yours. As for the quality of the work: they filled cracks, polished, and sealed the entire floor, including hand-detailing around floor outlets and railing posts. The finish looks and feels great. We’re really glad we had FAMSCA on this job. They delivered both quality, cost, service, and timeline.

  Luis and his team were amazing in handling the epoxy, they were punctual, hardworking, and promptly addressed our requests. It’s incredible to work with individuals who have an excellent attitude, and everything turns out great. Great quality of the materials that they use, and fast to be dry.

  Can’t I’m writing the first review, Louis and the team deserve a lot more recognition! Found them through a recommendation from a neighbor, hired them to do epoxy on my garage floor and they did an amazing job! Louis was patient, explaining to me all the different options and even offered me free storage of my garage stuff during the 2 day project! The end product is impeccable and I strongly recommend them!
