It always includes that $995 rental fee plus other mysterious rental charges, rental protection, and several additional fees. In the end, your total is always over $2,000. And when you call to complain, the customer service representative just says things like, “That’s what it is,” without offering any explanation or help so you end up having to pay it no matter what.
