  The team at Vinyl Craft was amazing. We love our Fence and Gate. The color and texture of the fence is so much better than traditional white vinyl. I really like the hardware they used for the gate. The team was polite and communicative. They hauled away the old fence materials before starting on the installation of the new fence. I was very pleased with how fast the entire process took. The quality and expertise was just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend the team at Vinyl Craft and I'll use them again for another project. Thank Guys!

  I’ve been dealing with them for years. They always find a way to make things work out with scheduling. Ramiro is great to deal with.

  They stole my materials...Bought a large order from company and when placing a second order took over some material left from first project. Company agreed to give me credit for items and took items from me. A month later when my second order came in I was told that they would not be given me credit for Materials that I had handed over to them. I asked them to just return the items and I would do another project with them, since they dint give me credit. I was then told that my items were thrown out and they could not be returned. Customer service in my experience has been awful. I spoke to Aaron the manager about 2 months back and he has not returned my call to offer me any kind of explanation. If your thinking about vinyl do yourself a favor find someone else.
