- TLThomas LisiakJan 28, 20215.0Called AA Garage Door in a panic. Garage door kept opening by itself. I wanted to replace entire unit but came to conclusion the wall control button has a poor design and has flaws causing it to be sensitive and wiggle. Not only did Alex took his time from his day answering all my annoying questions through the phone and I'm sure he is busy with other jobs currently. He took it upon himself to drop off a wall control and did not ask for any compensation. I insisted but he said it wasn't a big deal this is what I do. This is to me is higher than 5 star service. Actions speak louder than words. I will be replacing the switch and hoping it works and solves my issue. If not then I will have Alex replace the whole unit. Any future jobs or repairs highly recommend AA garage. Alex is the man! Thank you Alex.

I called around to other local garage door repair shops and Alex is the only one who is straight to the point and won’t waste your time. It seems like the other shops are robots compared to AA Garage Doors. The repair to replace my broken spring was efficient and was done within an hour. He reprogrammed the way the door closes and gave great tips to maintain the springs, hinges and wheels. Now the door closes smoother than before. Grateful for AA Garage Doors and highly recommend. - DDDapper DudeSep 22, 20185.0I called AA and two others on a Saturday morning around 11. It would be a simple adjustment or complete replacement of a motor made by a company that was long gone and left no replacement parts. The first company said Sunday afternoon. Alex said between 1 and 4, the third never answered the phone. Alex arrived at 1:20, looked at what I had described and told me it was a snap adjustment and he'd do it free. When I do need to replace the motor and the other drive pieces, I'm going to call Alex at AA and not even bother with estimates from the others. (And yes, as a matter of good manners, I called and cancelled the dude for Sunday afternoon. It's nice to be nice.)
