  My garage door was broken after my oversize truck (Tundra) overshot while I was attempting to park it. I spent about three hours attempting to fix it, but I made the situation worse - One of the garage door cables was cut by yours truly, and yours truly again knocked the garage door completely off the track. Many hours of fruitless effort, I decided to call for help. Homeadvisor paired me up with a number of potential contractors in Oxnard around midnight, which including AA Garage Doors; Alex of AA Garage Doors called within a few minutes and agreed to show up ASAP. I am so happy Alex and his wife knocked on my door 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He surveyed my broken garage door and chuckled at my futile attempt to fix the problem myself and humorously congratulated me from not getting hurt from the whole ordeal. Alex troubleshot the issue simply and directly, and ready to help me out of this bad situation. After he gave me a fair and honest quote, he went to work on my garage right away. Within 45 minutes, the husband and wife team replaced one sturdier pair of garage door cables and serviced garage door and opener after the door was put back on track.   Alex came over the same day we called to give us an estimate. He showed us our options, explained things, and provided an estimate for the final service. Scheduling was fast too. On the day he arrived to install our new garage door, he showed up on time. He fixed a few things that we didn't catch during the estimate and didn't charge anything for the extra service. Easy, no nonsense, great experience.

  I originally looked into the local stores here in Oxnard ( Home Depot) ( Lowe's) to get my garage door at least looked at. At one of the stores I was told that there was a 72 hour waiting list and the high prices they had for a standard two car garage door. And as far as Home Depot I'm still waiting a week later for a person to come out and look at my garage door. During that time my husband saw the AA Garage Doors in Oxnard truck and he wrote down thier number. I called and spoke to Alex and within fifteen minutes he arrived with his assistant Connie. They gave me an estimate and within an hour and a half later the job was complete. All in one day !!! We couldn't be happier with the professionalism that we received from AA Garage Doors and not to mention thier reasonable prices as well.
