  What started out as an ordinary driveway reconditioning (scrape, road base, spread and level) ended up a disaster, AKA nightmare. Beside myself with worry, I called Jason the owner of Slack Construction. Another company had referred him to me and said, “He is the man to call.” As soon as he answered the phone I cried “Help.” And just like that, two heroes on white horses galloped up my driveway within the hour. After coming up my driveway I did not need to explain my problem to Jason and his brother Jamie! Jason told me “Not to worry” and assured me that he could fix my driveway and would return tomorrow. As promised, the next day, Jason along with his brother James, arrived promptly at my home. They brought all the necessary equipment to complete the job at hand and went straight to work. They did not miss a beat! They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and courteous and quickly completed the job. My driveway was beautiful; level, smooth, even, did I say beautiful? Jason and his brother Jamie loaded up their equipment and waved goodbye. Two heroes riding off into the sunset. And I was full of gratitude and thankfulness to Slack Construction for the excellent job they did. I would recommend Slack Construction without reservation; they are a company with integrity.

  They repaired and replaced the plumbing under the house that has been an issue for 22 years and now it is fixed! Thank you!! They cut the roots out of the septic tank and sealed it and brought it up to code. They were professional. They worked great together. And I will have them back any time I have an issue from now on. I was really impressed with their work ethic. In fact, they are coming back soon to put in a new culvert. Thank you!!

  Forget all negative comments you've heard about contractors! Not Jason! I called and the next day he was there. Professional, kind, courteous, and more than fair. I wish everyone was as respectful and helpful I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend this business; not only for the expertise but for the personal aspect in a time when that is rapidly disappearing.
