  One Hour Heating & Air did an excellent job with the install of a new HVAC system in my home! Thank you Tamar you did a fabulous job and worked very hard with demolition of my old unit and install of the new unit. Jeff was always available for any questions or concerns I had, as well. Great business to work with! I would certainly recommend them. Thank you One Hour Heating & Air for you excellent service!

  I was recommended here for my AC when it broke down on me, and could not be happier with my experience. Jesus and Giovanna came to resolve the issue, which felt like 2 seconds for me, but was a 2 day job for them. They were not only great in communicating their availability with accuracy, but they were a pleasure to be around, and did a fantastic job. Huge shoutout to Jesus and Gia, I am so grateful and thankful!!!

  We called Jeff today and he came out same day! It was clear that Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his trade. He spent time to educate us about our system, how it works, and what is needed to help it run better. Jeff was transparent about the service fees and he sent us a written estimate for recommended work before he left our home. He completed a thorough, FREE diagnostic evaluation and walked us through every step providing detailed explanations. He was patient, professional, and very familiar with city code for installation requirements for new systems. Our system is 21 years old and he knew just as much about the older systems and certain things to be phased out in the coming years. We are very grateful for Jeff's education and recommendations and we will definitely use him for upcoming work we need!

  Mer Jeff about a week ago for a quote on hvac syatem. Jeff was very patient and explained things to us very thoroughly. He walked us thru the whole process of what it takes to get new hvac system and gave us some options to work with so we can decide based on our needs. I would recommend Jeff's services to family and friends.

  This guy Jeff I just spoke with was extremely rude! I googled AC repair and this company popped up. It clearly said in green lettering “OPEN” telling me that there should be operators available to speak with right??!!! So I call and get “Jeff” the first time he sounded like he had been working a graveyard shift call center with that lazy monotone voice and right off the bat I was confirming his name “yeas hi good morning, you said your name was Jeff?”……..and he hung up on me!!!!!! So I call back and then he answers again. I said “Jeff can you hear me this time?” I was simply calling to see if they offered a deal like I had recently received about a year ago from Service Masters for them to come out and service your AC get it going for under a $100 bucks! And he did say he’s offering me a tech to come out and give me a free quote to get it running but we all know that ish wouldn’t cost under a $100 bucks. And then Jeffy has the nerve to say to me, a potential customer, “listen BUD you call me and wake me up out of my sleep, I’m offering you a free quote”!!! Lol wow. I replied “I’m sorry I simply wanted to know if you had that type of deal because I don’t want to be waste your time or your technicians time if he offers me a (free) quote that’s well over a $100 dollars to get my AC going” and his reply back to me was to get upset and start crying talking about Good luck with your AC (BUD)!! Lol Thanks Jeffy! Go back to sleep BUD!!!!!!! Horrible!
