I got 3 referrals and Mark was one of them. We hit the jackpot selecting Mark and his team. From the initial meeting, he was honest and sincere and took a strong interest in listening to what was most important to us in the process. Re-roofing your house is a big job, let me tell you, you forget what a major part of your home it is until the work gets underway and they are tearing off your old roof. It is then that you truly realize the scope of the job. Mark took care of everything from start to finish. He brought us samples of tile to choose from until we found the one we wanted, he met with the city to make sure all permits were in, kept in communication daily, and after each work day his crew cleaned up the outside of the house. His right-hand man Junior was on site daily, kept us informed of the process, and what to expect next, and answered all questions. He is excellent as well. Upon completion, he made sure we were 100% satisfied before collecting the final payment. What more can you ask for? He and his team, deliver a great product and service. You’ll be happy you went with Mark and B & M roofing!
