  The houses are beautiful with nice driveway. The backyards are really small. Evan Lin was really helpful. The main issue is with the area as there are lots of dairy farms around and the smell is really bad. Adding to that there are even insects in Spring. Also due to the amazon warehouse close by there are lots of vehicles.

  The selling management there was dismissive and did not seem interested in selling homes! Seemed reluctant to have us tour the models and when we came back with a few questions their answer to EVERYTHING was “I don’t know”. Are you kidding me?! I was pre approved and ready to go at that time but who would want to work with them? The builder is Chinese and seemed to be biased towards non Chinese people. While an elderly Chinese couple got to tour with an agent we were brushed off to look by ourselves. I would buy from a big well known builder for quality and not from here.
