  Very pleased with the work the crew did. Both Russell VanderMeulen and Andrew Cacciotti were fast, efficient, professional and most importantly clean! It was a pleasure dealing with Matt McCullough during the preliminary steps and he even came out to the site day of to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend the team for any slab injection projects in the future.

  Had our annual maintenance check. San Sivaloganathan arrived about 45 minutes early (he called first!) and did a truly professional job of cleaning and inspecting our complete sump system. He also inspected the wood in our furnace room and discovered there was excess humidity throughout the entire basement that needed attention. My wife and I are very impressed and pleased with how San treated us. He set us up with a professional air handling system to be installed in 10 days. I would not hesitate to recommend San and Ground Works to anyone experiencing a damp or wet basement. They are reliable and they have fair prices.

  We had an excellent experience with the service technician (San Sivaloganathan) who came to service our sump pump. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of our questions and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. We really appreciated his professionalism, expertise and courteous manner. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable service. Excellent job!

  They cancelled our appointment at the last minute without any prior notice, even though we had confirmed the appointment multiple times. We drove nearly 100 km specifically to visit the property. When the person who was supposed to meet us did not show up, nobody contacted us or informed us about the cancellation. We had to follow up ourselves, and only then did they call us back and tell us that the person would not be coming. This was a complete waste of our time and extremely frustrating, especially after driving such a long distance. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional experience.

  I had a great experience with Groundworks from start to finish. Ryan was very knowledgeable and took the time to inspect our sump pump and drainage setup, explain the problems he found, and walk me through the recommended solution. I really appreciated that he answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was being proposed. Daniel and Najja handled the installation and were excellent as well. They were professional, courteous and took the time to explain the work as they went along. They replaced the failed sump pump, installed the battery backup system and new underground discharge line, and made the necessary changes to our existing setup. Everything was completed neatly and professionally. What impressed me most was the communication and attention to detail from all three of them. It gave me a lot more confidence in our sump pump system, especially heading into the winter months. Thank you Ryan, Daniel and Najja for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for basement waterproofing or sump pump/drainage work.
