  We engaged Alliance Floor Source to install hardwood flooring in a second floor room. Although it was a relatively modest project, they gave it their full attention. Timea provided excellent guidance in the selection of the flooring material, colour and finish -- guidance that was crucial given the overwhelming variety that was available. The installer, Robert, a real craftsman, did a great job installing the floor, and left no mess behind. Lehel brought his expertise to ensure that the transition from the hardwood to the carpeted area was smooth and unobtrusive. Everyone at Alliance was helpful and pleasant to work with, a quality that shouldn't be underestimated. This family-owned business met and exceeded our expectations for service. Thank you.

We had a tricky vinyl plank flooring repair to be performed in our kitchen, and she provided a clear, honest estimate and got the work scheduled to be done within the timeline that we had requested. Peter, the service professional, was punctual, and took great care to minimize dust and clean up during and after the repair had been completed.   The store has a great selection of floors with lots of samples to choose from. Helpful knowledgeable staff are a pleasure to work with. They helped me out and saved me time and money.
