Our usual providers wanted us to wait 6 days for service. With health issues in our home we needed it sooner. I contacted DOWS and Chris Lobb came in about an hour and got us up and running. I am so grateful! Chris was very friendly, very professional and was finished in no time. Definitely will call DOWS again in the future.

The entire process was exceptional! They are very professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and such excellent techs. From dealing with Don the salesman, Jen from the office and Rachel their organization, thoroughness and professionalism was so welcome. My entire experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Dows to my family and neighbours. Thank you all for everything. A definite 10+++
