The entire process was exceptional! They are very professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and such excellent techs. From dealing with Don the salesman, Jen from the office and Rachel their organization, thoroughness and professionalism was so welcome. My entire experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Dows to my family and neighbours. Thank you all for everything. A definite 10+++

All I was told was "I don't know, that's why we need to do further tests".
