We are more than happy with the work that Ecua Builders provided to us adding a 3rd floor to our preexisting home that is over 100 years old and upgrading the 2nd floor. We were told prior to commencement of project we may run into some issues and when it happened Luis made sure it was addressed and actually helped us out. Anytime we have called for any little thing he has always answered and helped. We definitely would use Ecua builders again and again even for smaller projects. For reference the grey part of the house is what Ecubuilders created, forever thankful

We had a great experience working with EcuaBuilder. They demolished our old garage and built a new laneway house, and we are very pleased with the quality of the finished project. Their pricing was comparable to other contractors and builders we considered, and the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The project was completed in a timely manner—actually faster than we expected. Luis, the owner, and his son Jonathan were easy to work with, approachable, and always willing to answer our questions and address any concerns throughout the process. What impressed us most was their continued support after construction was completed. They remained available to check on things and ensure that any issues were properly addressed. We have also used EcuaBuilder for other projects and have consistently been happy with their work. We will continue to use them in the future and would confidently recommend them to anyone considering a laneway house or other construction project.

We had such a wonderful experience working with this Luis and his son. From beginning to end, they were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail. They really took the time to listen to what my parents wanted and helped bring their vision to life while also offering great ideas and guidance throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and about making sure their clients are happy with the final result. My parents absolutely love their home, and our whole family is so pleased with how everything turned out. It was a pleasure working with both of them, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and thoughtful architectural team.

We had an amazing experience working with Ecuabuilder Luis Calle and his son Jonathan, who built our beautiful 3-story detached home in Toronto. From the architectural design and obtaining all the necessary permits to the construction and interior details, they were involved every step of the way. They are both very attentive, professional, and detail-oriented. They truly listened to our ideas and made sure every detail of our home was carefully designed and completed. We are very happy with the quality of their work and the beautiful home they created for our family. We highly recommend Luis and Jonathan to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated builder. Thank you both for making our dream home a reality! Annabelle and Michael Matterig
