  I have wanted a Generac Generator for quite some time, and this was the year. Once we contacted Generac for a quote, we were contacted by Schep’s Electric and a couple other contractors. After meeting with the three companies and receiving their quotes, we chose Schep’s Electric. It wasn’t the price that determined our decision, it was the outstanding quote they presented us with. The day Arie came out to discuss our needs, he took plenty of pictures and did measurements. He walked us through the process and offered us a number of choices. When we received the quote it was extensive with details which included photos and markups as to where the generator would sit and how the additional system boxes and conduit would be attached to the house. The work was done in a timely manner and according to what was expected. It was great that they coordinated the gas company and hydro work so we did not have to worry about that. The Schep’s Electric installer, Caleb, explained to us how the generator worked, what was involved with maintenance and assisted us in downloading the app and creating an account. One would not have noticed where they had dug channels to lay the conduit if they were not here. The entire installation was seamless to us. Now since it has been installed for a month, we are loving the app and how the generator is programmed to run every two weeks to ensure everything is in working order. Again, seamless. We highly recommend Schep’s Electric.

  I got a Generac from Schep’s and they did a great job. Arie was very professional and informative during the quote process helping to find the best option for our home and his staff that did the install, Caleb and Shawn were terrific. Very friendly and professional. Overall it was a very good experience, I highly recommend dealing with Schep’s.

  The installers were very knowledgeable and professional; they were thorough and left everything as good as the found it. They didn't mind answering any questions I had and made the whole experience pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased.

  Schep’s Electric did a great job. When we called Arie the Generac Generator Dealer to get the quote he showed up right away and installed the generator with in a few weeks.The workers were very polite and did a good job. They were very neat and tidy. We’re so happy with the generator.
