Had this company in to do a small job, which a lot of other companies won't touch. They came quickly after contact and the young man arrived on time and was knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Have used this company before to install a gas line and was very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I have used BRs for both a new AC unit, a broken pump on the furnace/AC and a gas fireplace repair. Big & small jobs..always very professional & friendly on the phone, service appointments are scheduled promptly and the jobs are always completed thoroughly, yet honestly. I couldn’t recommend them more. 👏

One of the most difficult jobs for a plumber to tackle is the removal of Kitec plumbing from a two storey house. Cody and Jonah from B.R.’s Plumbing & Heating in Tillsonburg , Ontario, did an excellent job. They were very polite and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They did their very best to minimize the damage to the walls which was one of our biggest concerns. The owner, Brian Velthove who came to our home to inspect and provide the quote is clearly very experienced. He made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Hiring B.R.’s Plumbing was a good choice for us and we highly recommend their service.

Prompt and excellent service by the team, especially Peter who was able to quickly identify the issue with my water softener and resolved it immediately. I also want to give a quick shout-out to Nancy who handled my enquiry call and was able to book a technician visit the very next day. Love a team which works great and solves your problem!
