  We had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster following a fire incident, particularly with Zach. Communication was outstanding—he kept us informed throughout the entire process and clearly explained the work being done. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Zach went above and beyond, even helping us navigate our insurance coverage by suggesting the right questions to ask. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service! ServiceMaster delivers quality workmanship and ensures the work gets done right and on time. Zack is wonderful to work with. As our Project Manager, he had excellent communication throughout the entire process and if we had any questions or concerns, he was always quick to respond. Thank you!

  I will be recommending Service Master to others as I am very impressed with the level of service I received, and will use them again. I needed an emergency cleanup in my basement due to a sewer backup that had to be dealt with asap. The service team was very helpful, communicative & professional, and went above & beyond to help me get it done within hours of calling them, their turnaround time was incredible. I am very satisfied with the outcome. It is nice to know that there is still a company in Sudbury that is still old school, helping people, like their situations matter and not just another job. T.
