We recently had B&R Electric install new wiring, junction boxes, light fixtures, switches, and a bathroom exhaust fan plus associated new wiring & ducting in our home. This project was an all-new installation that required attic access to perform the work. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work performed by installers John and Edward. Attic work is never easy but they were very efficient and completed the project in a single day. They also made sure to properly re-distribute the attic insulation after the project was done. They did this without my prompting. After re-assessing the initial installation of the exterior exhaust vent on the soffit, installers John and Edward decided that the flap-opening style was not optimal as it could still permit entry of small animals / rodents. They ended-up visiting Home Depot to pick up and install an alternate vent style with different, exterior grating to prevent any animal intrusion. I was impressed and pleased by this initiative. You don’t often see this kind of care and immediate customer service. Overall, the work was performed carefully and accurately. John and Edward were both extremely efficient, neat & tidy, and very polite. The office staff, including Alyssa and Barry, exhibited excellent customer communications throughout the project---all the way from answering my initial technical queries, to prompt project scheduling, to project completion, and finally, accurate invoicing. Very impressive. I have no reservations in highly recommending B&R Electric for electrical contract work.
