  We had our sewer back up during the major event Aug 2/2026. Even with the large amount of people needing their services they were here with a week. Jay was our contact point and he was very professional and helpful. The real stars of the show were Frank and his crew. They were polite helpful and did a great job. There was lots of communication during this stressful time. Would recommend

  August 2, 2026 we were flooded in the basement (who wasn’t?). We had Chris come to our house as part of the initial inspection crew as contracted by our insurance company. He was quick and thorough and had a crew assigned to our home to take on the water damage. The crew showed up ready to work!! And work they did!! The crew leaders name is Frank and he was in a mission. He had his guys box the dry contents, remove any and all affected material including floor and subfloor. Garbage was bagged and the area upon completion looked fantastic. Drywall removed was cut straight as an arrow (Taco!!) with not a speck of dust, dirt or water remaining. We were worried about the mildew smell but the crew cleaned and disinfected the whole basement, installed fans and industrial strength dehumidifiers and today there is no sign (or smell) of water ever having been in the basement. If ever there is a need for a professional response with the outcome guaranteed to mitigate any water damage (or sewage) to your home, without hesitation we recommend Servicemaster. Thanks again to Frank and the whole crew for working so hard in our behalf!!

  The service master Team assigned to us, Chris, Charlene and Mike, have all been wonderful. They are currently in the process of remediation, after a flood and have responded as promptly as possible understanding the overwhelm they are in. They have answered any questions readily laying out next steps. Their supervisor David has reached out to me directly to check in as well. As much as the whole process is quite stressful and something no persons wants to be dealing with, the team is supporting us smoothly, as much as possible.

  I called Service Master in Stoney creek for a problem with a water leak causing mold in a piece of drywall in my kitchen. They sent Chistopher Ward and another person to look at it. Mr. Ward their Project Manager said he would give me a quote later that day, he didn't call so I waited until the next day and called again said he had a family emergency. He left his book so I told him where it was. Anyway long story short I called and Talked to him 3 more times each with a promise to get me a quote. It's been 3 weeks and still no quote. I'm very disappointed with all the promises, if they didn't want the job CHISTOPHER WARD PORJECT MANAGER can't be trusted at his word. Rick Taylor Grimsby
