  Had this company install my AC unit 4 years ago (unit still under warranty). Had an issue with the unit and called and spoke to Jim to have it diagnosed and repaired. Was told they would send a technician to check it out and never did. I called 2-3 times again to inquire about technician coming and no answer or return of my calls.
