  I'm a Palma Bros client but haven't used them in years, so when I called them, I was surprised to hear they were sold to Metropolitan. The lady that answered the call was very friendly and explained that they bought Palma. I asked if she could send a tech to check our non-functioning AC, and she said someone would drop by that same afternoon. My dad who met the tech said he was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, checked the systems efficiency, and even checked our furnace. We are very happy with the repair, the cost for it, and the tech's thorough work. We will definitely use Metropolitan again.

  Posted for my father, Wally: Metropolitan, did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner. Their installation team was friendly and kept me informed. They arrived on the time they said they would. They tested the new unit to insure it was functioning properly. I Highly recommend them. Satisfied customer !!!!

  Sales rep Steve absolutely lied to me. I had contract from Palmer Brothers that gave a lifetime warranty on the air conditioner compressor. Metro purchased Palmer Brothers and I asked if they would honour the warranty. Rather than just saying no, sorry, he lied and told me they didn’t buy Palmer Brothers. I would have understood no, but the lie was unnecessary. Should have listened to a former customer of Palmer Brothers that I’m friends with…avoid this company.

  Very good workmanship, experienced crew of three. Worked fast efficiently and flawlessly. Very polite and friendly staff and salespeople. On contract price as agreeed, and even billed less with a small discount.

  Originally dealt with Warren on the discussion about our new ac being our other one died during the hottest time! He was the utmost non pushy professional with tons of knowledge. The process of the big purchase of our Daikin ac unit was easygoing and pretty stress free, considering! Our installers on the day Mark and Hayden were easygoing and professional doing clean and quick work. It’s Much appreciated by my husband and I to have such a smooth process. 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give 10 I would! Thank you!
