  Spiros did a great job replacing my flat roof after a leak during a storm. Good communication, answered all my questions and explained the complexities when needed, reasonable pricing, and a pleasure to work with. I have a sunroom below the roof, which they protected, and the site was left clean afterwards. Highly recommend!

  Spiros was a referal from a friend who had used the company's roofing service a few years ago. My experience was equally pleasant and I have already shared its contact with someone who is considering roof replacement next year. Customer Service was good. I cannot comment on the follow up service as I have not had a reason to call post completion of repairs. Extremely happy client.

  I am very glad that I have picked Spiros. New roof got replaced on the exact date they have given with clear pricing and amazing work. They were clear about available options on the work; shingles, vents etc and gave detailed information about what they are and their possible outcome. Also, unlike most, they were reachable anytime during planning and repairs.

  I recently had Spiros Roofing re-shingle the roof on my pool cabana, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, everything was handled so professionally. They provided a great quote that felt fair and transparent, with no hidden costs or surprises along the way. I really appreciated that they arrived on time and finished the work as scheduled. It felt good to know I could trust them to stick to the timeline they initially set. The team was quick, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable; they answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. One of the things I found impressive was how tidy they left the area after the work was done. There was no mess left behind, which is always a plus in my book. I’ve had experiences before where contractors left my yard looking like a disaster zone, but not with Spiros Roofing!
