  Absolutely one of the best experiences as customer that I've had regarding a contractor or home improvement company. Adam was very friendly and honest. I realize that I sometimes ask alot of questions or present different senerios, but Adam was more than willing to provide me with a knowledgeable answer or accurate advice. Bergeron Mechanical seems to understand the importance of ensuring that the customer comes first, something that seems to be lacking all too often these days.

  Bergeron Mechanical sent a text advising their tech, Adam, was on his way which was a nice touch. Adam arrived, cordial, polite, knew his stuff, a very pleasant fellow!! A few pictures, a couple of questions and done! A good experience!! Thank you!!

From the moment Matthew and Josh arrived, they were professional, courteous, respectful, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work being done. As a woman, I truly appreciated being treated with patience and respect. They never made me feel rushed or talked down to me. Their workmanship was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, treated my home with care, and cleaned up everything before they left. It is clear they take great pride in their work and in providing excellent customer service. Reliance should be proud to have Bergeron Mechanical representing them.
