- HIHans IveDec 9, 20191.0We had a colleague stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Call after call to have a technician arrive on site and only met with further delays. Finally the technician arrives and the first thing the technician mentioned after opening the elevator was mention their annual salary and how they do not consider being stuck in an elevator an emergency. Zero compassion for the colleague who suffers from claustrophobia. Horrible service from a below average provider.
