I booked the appointment yesterday with the understanding that the service was a $93 promo. As the technician was arriving I received a call saying the promo would not apply to the job I had specified (clogged kitchen sink). The estimate was $1000. I declined and thanked the technician.

Was worried about a potential water leak because of notification from city. Catlin came and quickly confirmed the root cause of the issue. Didn't try to upsell or spend unnecessary time. Displayed excellent professionalism and patiently explained all the details to me and my elderly dad. Definitely recommend!!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I called this plumbing company to locate the underground plumbing lines in my basement. The plumber was at my property for less than 30 minutes and used a camera to locate the plumbing. I was then charged $570 plus tax. What was especially disappointing is that the price was never discussed or disclosed to me before the work was performed. Had I known the cost beforehand, I would have had the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. I understand that professional services have costs, but charging such a high amount without providing the customer with the price or an estimate beforehand is, in my opinion, unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Customers should be informed of the expected cost before work begins.

Absolutely outstanding service from the start to finish! I contacted this company thinking I was dealing with a plumbing issue involving drain flies. Adam U arrived right on schedule and was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish. Rather than trying to upsell me, he took the time to explain what was going on and pointed out that they were actually fruit flies. He gave me some great advice on simple steps I could take on my own to fix the problem and avoid costly fees down the road. Best of all, he completely waived the service fee for the visit. It's rare to find this level of honesty and integrity. Adam has definitely made me a lifelong customer, and I can't recommend him enough!

After my first bad appointment with another plumbing company that was looking for a cash grab - I booked an appointment with super plumber. Teresa the receptionist was extremely patient listening to my frustration and Shamus the plumber that came to my home did more than a cursory look and found the actual problem wasn't a sewage problem and suggested I contact the city of Ottawa to repair the problem. I can't express how grateful I am for the level of professionalism and the explanation so I didn't pay for unnecessary immediate repairs
