  Les assurances nous avaient envoyés vers cette compagnie et nous aurions dû nous fier aux reviews. Service médiocre de A à Z. On devait carrément surveiller ce qui était fait pour que les travaux de restoration avancent. Les travailleurs ne semblent pas savoir comment faire leur job. Le propriétaire tente de tourner les coins ronds, ce n'est aucunement fiable et on a dû s'obstiner avec lui à plusieurs reprises. Nous avons décidé de changer de compagnie de restoration dû à l'horrible service que nous avons eu de leur part. Je ne recommande aucunement!!!

  Miguel Astros from Service Master was sent by my insurance company to inspect my flooded basement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. He is highly knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Miguel took the time to explain clearly what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and guidance! He gave me the types of services I need to look for to fix the issue. Giving him 5 stars for his outstanding expertise and dedication! Highly recommended!

  I paid $250 for a quote. Met the estimator on site and was promised a quote within a week. 4 weeks later. 5 phone calls. 3 emails. And I still don't have a quote. And my estimator won't get back to me. And the office refuses to give me his phone number. I paid for a quote. And haven't gotten anything.
